AI Coaching for Credit Unions

You don't have to
figure out AI Alone

Your team is watching. Your members are waiting. How you navigate the next two years will define what kind of leader you are — and what kind of institution you’re running. We’re here to take that walk with you.

The honest picture:

Most credit union leaders already know AI matters.
They just don't know where to start.

The executives we talk to are sharp, experienced, and often overwhelmed.

Today’s pace of change is genuinely unprecedented, and the noise is deafening.

Reading articles isn’t enough. Sitting through vendor pitches only shows the tip of the iceberg of what’s possible. Dabbling with Copilot and ChatGPT is a start, but it’s a very slow start that doesn’t feel as meaningful or transformative as AI is touted to be.

What leaders need is for someone to sit down with them and say: here’s what this actually means for your institution, your team, and your members — and here’s what we’re going to do about it together.

That’s the conversation we want to have with you.

"We knew we needed to move on AI, but every vendor wanted to sell us a platform. What we needed was someone to help us think through it first — and then actually build something."
Tansley Stearns
CEO, ORSA Credit Union

What we do:

Wherever you are, we start there.

01

AI Coaching

Regular working sessions with your leadership team to build fluency, identify opportunities, and keep momentum going. Less lecture, more doing.

02

Project Support

You’ve spotted an opportunity — now what? We help you scope, plan, and execute AI projects that actually ship, without needing a massive technical team behind you.

03

Workflow Automation

There are tasks your team does every week that AI can handle in seconds. We’ll find them, build the automations, and hand them off to you fully working.

04

Solution Development

Member-facing tools that would have taken months and a six-figure budget a few years ago can now be built in an afternoon. We’ve done it. We’ll do it with you.

05

AI Strategy

A grounded, realistic AI roadmap built around your institution’s culture, capacity, and member base — not a generic framework copied from a consultant’s slide deck.

03

Team Enablement

Your staff has more questions about AI than they’re letting on. We’ll help you build the internal literacy and confidence to move as a team, not just as a leadership group.

What's actually possible:

Not hypothetical. Things we've built.

Basics

GPTs and prompt repositories

Intermediate

Simple, one-click agents

Advanced

Dashboards and applications

Expert

Fully automated workflows

What this looks like in practice:

One example

The credit union wants to upskill its team by learning to safely and effectively use AI. We introduce a basket of common tools, walk through how to use them, then provide structured projects and support. In a couple of months, everyone has hands-on experience with useful tools.

Another example

An executive has an idea for a member engagement feature on their website. We help them ideate, prototype, troubleshoot, and deploy a version in a single afternoon. Nobody learns a line of code.

A third example, because of the “rule of threes”

A leadership team has been manually compiling a weekly report from four different systems for years. In a single afternoon, we help them build an automation that pulls, formats, and delivers that report without anyone touching it. The team spends that hour on something else.

Who this is for:

Leaders ready to guide their teams through AI.

  • You’re a CEO, COO, or senior leader who knows AI matters but hasn’t found the right entry point yet
  • You want to move thoughtfully — but you don’t want to be the last institution through the door
  • Your team is looking to you for direction, and you want to give them a clear, honest answer
  • You don’t want just another vendor, you want hands-on experience and earned expertise
  • You’d rather build real capability inside your institution than rent a tool you don’t fully understand
  • You want a partner who speaks plainly, works alongside you, and has actually built things in this space
You don't have to be the most technical person in the room. The credit unions that come out of this moment well won't necessarily be the ones with the biggest budgets or the deepest technical bench.

They'll be the ones whose leaders decided to get curious, stay humble, and start moving — even when the path wasn't entirely clear.

We've been in the credit union and fintech space long enough to know what matters here. And we're a few steps ahead on AI — just far enough to help you find your footing

Where to start:

Your free AI discovery call

In 60 minutes, we’ll talk through where your institution is using AI today, spot a few places where you could see real wins without a lot of risk, and give you an honest read on where it makes sense to explore next.

Our goal in that time is to leave you with:

  • Improvements in how you use AI currently
  • Perspective on how other credit unions use AI
  • Tools or techniques you can use immediately
  1. We’ll ask where you are today—what you’ve tried, what’s worked, what’s felt confusing.

  2. We’ll identify two or three early wins that fit your capacity and feel low-risk.

  3. We’ll give you an honest picture of where AI can safely take you next at a pace that feels right for you.
