Welcome and new member intros (5 minutes)

A quick check-in, plus introductions for anyone joining for the first time.

Kirk's theme segment (20 minutes)

Each month has a theme: a skill build or a strategy frame. Kirk leads it, part teaching and part practical application, so you leave with something to use that week.

Member Spotlights (25 minutes)

Two or three members share what they're building, testing or stuck on, using a standard Spotlight template. This is the core of every session.

Toolkit drop and handoff (10 minutes)

A new toolkit asset, a preview of the next session, and the conversation moves to WhatsApp until the next call.
